The final trailer, released last month, was the first to confirm the alien threat.

Nope’s trailer starts out with a man walking several horses around in a circle while another stares up to the clouds.

‘What if I told you that today you’ll leave here different?’ a voice asks over a clip of Kaluuya’s character OJ Haywood watching leaves rustle in the wind.

‘Something above the clouds,’ he responds before telling her whatever he saw was large.

The trailer then cuts to OJ in a hospital room with his deceased father, played by Keith David, laid out on a hospital bed, one eye completely missing and face covered in blood.

A little town appears next with Minari star Steven Yeun standing in the middle of a rodeo and saying, ‘Right here, you are gonna witness an absolute spectacle.’

A cage covered in a sheet sits behind the Yeun’s character, Ricky ‘Jupe’ Park.

Emerald stands in her living room as all the lights slowly go out and Park’s voice can be heard shouting, ‘So what happens next?’

He hypes up the crowd who begin to cheer wildly as a woman, whose face appears inhuman, stands from one of the chairs.

This is cut together with OJ sprinting away from a large object hurtling toward him through the sky.

Emerald encourages him to run faster, and the music changes to an upbeat carnival vibe as a flying saucer moves in front of the moon.

She then calls the flying saucer an ‘opportunity’ for financial gain while her brother disagrees and says there’s tons of videos of ‘flying sh*t online.’

She replies that the two are going to get the ‘moneyshot’ or the ‘Oprah shot.’

They work alongside Michael Wincott’s Antlers Hoist, who they enlist to get the perfect shot of the extraterrestrials’ spacecraft.

Brandon Perea’s Angel Torres said that the aliens are just ‘waiting for the perfect time to shove the metal probes up our a**es.

Emerald says she thinks they’ve ‘p*ssed the aliens off’ and a shot shows Torres grabbing a knife as blood cascades down over their home.

OJ then says he will draw the aliens out while Hoist goes to get the perfect shot. An excited Emerald and OJ smack hands on the front porch.

The aliens then seem to abduct an entire town while OJ rides his horse to the wreckage of it.

A tornado tosses around the characters and OJ remarks that they ‘don’t take you’ if the humans don’t look at them.

The trailer’s exciting last shot shows a flying saucer chasing OJ as he rides his horse as hard as he can away from it.
