Kelly Brook showed off the results of her weight loss as she stepped out in London on Thursday.
Hours before, the radio presenter, 39, revealed on Instagram she had dropped two dress sizes by taking Slim Fast meal replacements shakes three times a day.
Heading to Heart FM studios to present her show, Kelly, who has gone down from a size 16 to a 12, looked the picture of confidence as she dressed her slimmer figure in a chic white boho-inspired minidress.

Featuring a key-hole design on the bust, the delicate leaf patterned dress skimmed over Kelly’s ample curves, while cinching her in at her svelte waist with an elasticated band.
Flaunting her pins, the former lingerie model complemented the look with nude Chanel espadrilles, which retail at £495.
Kelly, who has been keeping her fans updated on her weight loss journey, told her one million followers: ‘So happy to announce that I’ve now gone down 2 Dress Sizes with #SlimFastUK and I’m back to feeling my best!

‘The weight loss sachets are so easy to use. I take them three times a day 15 minutes before my meals and they’ve really helped me to stop snacking.’
The brunette beauty embarked on getting fitter last year.
Back in December, Kelly revealed she had lost more than 15lbs and four inches off her hips in just two months – and her confidence has ‘sky rocketed’ as a result.
Weight started creeping on after she returned to the UK from a stint in LA two years ago, but resorting to using editing tools to change the way she looked in her Instagram photos helped her realise she wasn’t happy.

‘Modern technology and mobile phone filters mean that everyone can quickly alter how they look,’ said the model turned TV presenter.

Opening up about her past weight loss struggles Kelly, who has always been renowned for her curves, explained: ‘I’m a curvy girl and I like my natural shape. It’s who I am after all.

‘But I’m aware that over the last few years, I’ve been gradually gaining weight. It didn’t really start to bother me until I couldn’t get into my skinny jeans anymore.’
She added: ‘Suddenly I realised at aged 39, I was beyond my healthy BMI. My wardrobe had became very limited and I wasn’t feeling at my best anymore.
‘I realised that I was going to face a big birthday next year and that was a huge motivation for me to kick start a healthier routine.’

Last June Kelly hit the headlines when she admitted she’s altered an image of herself and boyfriend Jeremy Parisi at Royal Ascot, because she wanted to ‘tuck [her] tummy in a little bit’ after gaining weight.
And Kelly wasn’t the only one being critical about the way she looked – as she received several negative comments from her social media followers, too.
‘Like most people in the limelight I’ve had my fair share of brutal comments on social media,’ admitted the curvaceous model.
‘My favourite was ‘Kelly Brook has eaten Kelly Brook.’ That make me sit up and take notice!’

Kelly’s announcement comes in the same week she told Heart radio listeners that current Love Island host Caroline Flack, 39, appeared to be copying her life.
The model noted Caroline had not only taken over the show when it was rebooted but was also recently linked with Kelly’s rugby star ex Danny Cipriani.
During the interview she said: ‘Hang on, I was the first host of Love Island, then I dated Danny. It’s like, what’s next is she going to come and start hosting this show next?

‘I don’t know if she’s still dating him. But when I look at stuff like that I’m like, this is just weird. It’s just weird.’
Kelly, who hosted the series when it first aired in 2005 in a celebrity format alongside Patrick Kielty, was replaced for the second season by presenter Fearne Cotton.
Caroline Flack then began presenting the series when it returned to screens in June 2015 and has remained the host ever since.
Hours before the launch of the fifth series of Love Island on Monday, Kelly took to Instagram to post a throwback image of her and Patrick on the show fourteen years ago.
