Kelly Clarkson ‘may become a judge on American Idol reboot at ABC’ that will likely film at Disney World in Florida

Kelly Clarkson may come back to American Idol.

The mother-of-two is being considered to star on the rebooted show as a judge, according to TMZ. ‘ABC is serious about bringing her on,’ said a source.

The 35-year-old singer has been ‘trying to clear her schedule for filming.’

The reboot of Idol may be shot at Disney World.

That would make it easier on the judges as they wouldn’t have to travel as much – on the older Idol the judges had to visit different cities to find talent.

Ryan Seacrest has confirmed he is thinking over a return to the show. He already shoots Live With Kelly and Ryan in NYC.

The original Idol had Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul.

At one point Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj were on the TV series, which is when it suffered bad press. 

Later Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr were the judges.
