Kelly Clarkson is ready to move on from her stunning lakeside Tennessee mansion.

The singer reduced the asking price of the 20,000 square foot manor home, 25 miles from Nashville, to $7.49 million, which is a steep discount from the $8.75 million she listed the property in March 2017.

The enormous home sits on four scenic acres that’s situated on a cul-de-sac along Old History Lake.

The home was built in 2007 and was bought by Clarkson in 2012, according to the listing on www.parkaathome.com.

It comes complete with seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half bathrooms.

Just inside the front door, there’s an elegant double-staircase leads into the grand foyer that’s set up family entertaining.

Clarkson had lived at the estate with her husband Brandon Blackstock since 2013 with her two children: River, five and Remington, three, and two older step-children.

But her more recent success as a judge on The Voice and her variety talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, has her spending more of her time in production in Los Angeles.
