Kendall Jenner’s NBA player beau Devin Booker showed off his enormous and very modern Arizona home – which is complete with bottles of his girlfriend’s tequila and funky light-up artwork that matches a piece the model has in her own house.
The Phoenix Suns player, 25, who has been dating Kendall for more than a year, gave fans a glimpse of his sprawling abode during a recent segment with Architectural Digest, which has several traces of his model girlfriend throughout.
The mansion – which sits in the Paradise Valley, surrounded by the Arizona mountains – was designed by the same people who decorated Kendall’s Los Angeles mansion – mother-son duo Kathleen and Tommy Clements of Clements Design. It is thought that Devin bought the home in 2019, shortly before selling his previous house for a whopping $3.45 million.
It comes complete with its own game house – which is filled with jars of candy, a pool table, an at-home studio, a movie theater, and more – a sprawling kitchen with two large islands, a living room with a 12-person couch and a poker table, multiple bars, and more.

‘I consider myself fortunate to be surrounded by people with great style,’ Devin – who made history in 2018 when he signed a $158 million five-year extension with the Suns, the highest deal in the team’s history – told the outlet.
‘Whenever I walk into my friends’ homes, I’m like a sponge, asking questions and absorbing what I see.’
From the outside, the one-story home seems simple, but inside, it’s filled with luxurious furniture and inviting spaces – perfect for hosting his many teammates.
‘When I was a kid growing up in Michigan, I’d close my eyes before bed and imagine what my house might one day look like,’ recalled Devin.
‘The size or shape of the home would be different depending on the night, but the interiors were always the same: modern with a bit of nostalgia in the mix.
‘When someone approaches the house, it’s deceiving because it appears there’s not much going on.
‘But once people enter and they see the pool, the yard, and all the adjoining rooms, they’re taken aback. I love how a seemingly straightforward home can still be a big reveal.’

In the center of the room, there’s an enormous granite coffee table stacked with books, plants, and decorative bowls.
‘This coffee table took a lot to get in. It’s a big, heavy piece of granite slab so it was a process getting it in here,’ Devin joked.
‘Fireplaces get used more than you would think in Arizona. The winters are cold so… And I’m from Michigan originally, so I grew up around a fire. I keep the fire on.’
Next door in the ‘inviting’ and ‘comforting’ living room there’s a couch that can sit a dozen people – where Devin said he and his teammates often watch games together
Also in the room is a bar – where bottles of Kendall’s 818 tequila sit on full display
There is also a custom-made, six-person poker table in the room, where Devin admitted he spends a lot of time with his fellow basketball players. He said: ‘This bad boy right here gets used the most’
The sleek, white and brown kitchen has over 20 drawers and multiple cabinets. It also has two ovens, an eight-burner stove, and a massive fridge and freezer

‘If I’m having the team over or an event at the house, this is usually where we tend to watch any type of game,’ the sports star explained.
‘You know, my team’s big. Everybody’s usually over six-foot-five-inches at least, so this couch fills up really quick.
‘The whole entire space, I wanted it to be inviting, I wanted it to be comforting, and I wanted it to be grounded.
‘It’s architecturally a modern house and I didn’t want to just throw modern furniture in here.
‘I wanted it to feel collected, like pieces came together, some materials came together. When I get home, I like to just lounge, lay down, and just kick it.’

‘When I have the team over, this bad boy right here gets used the most,’ he revealed.
‘We play this little game called Booray on the plane, so sometimes after the flight’s over, the game carries over to here.
‘But you can also play UNO here, we play Spades, we play any type of game. We custom built this table to my liking, put these nice suede chairs next to it, which gives it a nice feeling and texture to it.
‘I think the bar next to the poker table go hand in hand. It’s perfect, that’s my trick. I give my teammates a couple of drinks and get them going, give them some confidence. There’s a lot of tequila in here.’

He said: ‘I talk about having the team over a lot, that was kind of my mindset around this house – make a place that’s inviting and have areas where you can talk and chill with each other’
The ‘spacious’ kitchen has two marble islands in the center, which Devin described as ‘very cohesive’

In July 2020 when she did her own house tour for Architectural Digest, Kendall proudly showed off her own Turrell piece, telling the publication at the time that she had ‘always wanted’ a piece by the artist – and now it appears her love of the glowing artwork may well have had an influence on her beau.

Elsewhere in the house is an at-home office – which used to be Devin’s gaming center, but has since been transformed into a space where he can get his work done.
‘This is where deals get done. It took a lot for my to grow up and transform this into a proper office,’ he said. ‘I feel it’s part of maturing, but I did love my gaming set up in here.’
In the room there’s a curved desk, a vintage, Italian, leather couch, and two big fluffy chairs – which Devin described as ‘warm and cozy.’

As for Devin’s bedroom, it has a vast bed that sits in the center of the room.
The 25-year-old joked, ‘I’ve never had a bed this big in my life. I got it custom made. Obviously, the big staple of this room is the bed.
‘I like to clear my head here, especially when it’s time after a long day just to rest.’
Mechanical curtains that open and close through the touch of a button line the windows, while candles and incense sit on the top of his dresser and night tables.
‘I don’t do much in here but sleep,’ he added.
Connected to the bedroom is a private bathroom, as well as a massive walk-in closet with pairs upon pairs of sneakers.
‘I used to be a lot bigger sneakerhead than I am now, to be completely honest. I used to wait on release dates,’ Devin admitted.
‘I remember as a kid, saving a lot of money up to get any shoe that released at the time. But now I get too many, and the process for me is putting them in storage.’
Besides shoes, Devin also likes to collect old cars – which sit in a colossal garage outside of the home.
‘I’m a classic car collector. I think it’s a family tradition for me that I’ve took on and honed in on,’ he revealed.

There’s also a screen for projecting movies on, a hot tub, and a pool – which he uses ‘very often, whether it’s for recovery or entertainment

If he had to choose a favorite car, he said it was one he had named Pretty Penny – a ’59 Impala Ragtop.
‘It’s all original, so how it came in ’59, and this is what introduced me to collecting cars, this is my first piece,’ said Devin.
‘My grandpa, I remember going to his house growing up and he’d be underneath his car every time I got there.
‘I never got that privilege, to spend time with him in the garage, but he loves that I’m collecting and hopefully one day I get a warehouse and expand even further.’

‘I have a competitive team and we like activities and we like to gamble a little bit here and there.
‘So between the poker table and this pool table, the video games we play on the screen in there, we have activities to do. We keep it interesting, we switch it up around here.’
