KFC Australia has launched its new ‘biggest ever’ burger – but foodies can only order the never-before-seen item through their ‘secret menu’.
‘The Triple Stacker’, available through the fast food chain’s app, comes complete with three chicken breast fillets, cheese and its ‘supercharged’ chilli relish sauce.
The $12.45 burger coated in KFC’s classic Zinger flavouring is only available for a limited time only – as the hidden menu gets updated occasionally since it was first discovered in March.
‘The Triple Stacker is the burger every KFC fan has been waiting for. The new addition to the Secret Menu is not for the faint hearted,’ KFC said.

KFC’s chief marketing officer Kristi Woolrych said the new addition to the menu aimed to be a super-sized version of the brand’s trademark Zinger Burger.
‘We know how much Aussies love a Zinger Burger, so it made sense we created something extraordinary for our diehard KFC Zinger fans,’ she said.
‘We’re excited to continue giving fans new and innovative Secret Menu items and we really wanted to blow them away with an item like no other. The Triple Stacker is as big and bold as it sounds.’
To make the purchase you need to download the app, select your nearest store, tap ‘order’ and when the menu appears, drag the screen down.
As cartoon Colonel Sanders appears, hold the screen for 11 seconds until the ‘Secret Menu’ pops up.

The Triple Stacker is joining the ranks of the Secret Menu fan favourite The Nug-a-Lot ($8.95)

KFC Australia has unveiled two new off-menu items just months after foodies discovered a secret feature hidden in the fast food chain’s app
The KFC Secret Menu website meanwhile offers a more coded explanation for their customers to decrypt.
‘This gift to the world, it’s time to bestow, solve my riddle to discover where to go, find the place in the App where the food is on show,’ the web page reads.
‘Swipe down for 11, nice and slow – my secret you’ll find when the Colonel says hello but make sure you keep it on the down low.’
The Triple Stacker is joining the ranks of the Secret Menu fan favourites The Nug-a-Lot ($8.95) and Kentucky Slider ($3.95).
Ms Woolrych has previously said it didn’t take long for fans to discover the Secret Menu.

The $3.95 ‘Kentucky Slider’ came complete with the Original Tender, coleslaw, cheese, bacon, and barbecue sauce – all wrapped up in a fluffy flatbread tortilla
‘Like The Colonel, we want to keep the rest of the items a secret, so you’ll need to keep your eyes peeled with new items are added every month so stay tuned,’ she said.
The products on the Secret Menu were designed by the chain’s team members as part of an internal competition.
‘After all, no one knows KFC better than our people! The best ideas were chosen to become part of KFC’s Secret Menu to be rolled out over the next year on the KFC app,’ the chain said.
‘Discover unreleased treats that have never seen the light of day – until now. I update the menu regularly so keep checking back,’ the menu description reads.
A KFC spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia earlier this year: ‘As you know, The Colonel is famous for his secrets including his 11 herbs and spices, but yes we can confirm there’s a secret menu within the KFC app.
‘It’s a secret menu for a reason, so we encourage Aussies to download the KFC app and get scouring. There’s a bunch of clues hidden in the website, app and on Facebook which will help uncover these never seen before KFC products.
‘The Colonel has more to reveal in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled.’
The KFC Secret Menu will be available at all participating stores Australia-wide for the remainder of 2019.
