Tristan Thompson has taken legal action against the podcast where model Sydney Chase claimed she ‘hooked up’ with the NBA star behind Khloe Kardashian’s back.
The No Jumper podcast episode that featured Sydney, 23, has now been edited according to host Adam John Grandmaison, after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Tristan’s attorney Marty Singer, who also works with Khloe, 36.
Sydney is understood to have received a similar cease-and-desist letter – which is a document sent to an individual to stop allegedly illegal activity – but she is yet to respond, per a Tuesday report from PageSix.
‘Yeah, we got a cease-and-desist and deleted it,’ Grandmaison told the outlet in an interview. ‘Honestly, I wouldn’t have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship.’

The episode was initially deleted and then re-uploaded with inflammatory remarks edited out, where Sydney uses crass language to claim she’d had had sexual relations with Tristan, 30.
Last week, Sydney also alleged in TikTok video that she was last contacted by Tristan the day after Khloe threw their daughter True a lavish third birthday bash on April 12 in LA.
Sydney explained the situation further and doubled down on her claims, after alleging that she’d had a fling with Tristan in January, claiming the NBA star told her he was single.

DailyMail.com has reached out for comments on the claims but have yet to hear back from Khloe and Tristan’s representatives.
A source close to Tristan claims tells the publication that the situation is a ‘he-said, she-said’ scenario, and that Sydney wants to ‘case in on 15 minutes of fame.’
Meanwhile, alleged messages from Khloe emerged yesterday, that appeared to suggest the KUWTK star had reached out to Sydney.
According to The Shade Room, Sydney posted then deleted a screenshot on Saturday that appeared to show Khloe reaching out to Sydney amid the claims of infidelity.
The screenshots, believed to be from Sydney’s iPhone, show two private messages that appear to be from Khloe, the first of which says ‘Hey Sydney, this is Khloe,’ while another says ‘I would appreciate if our conversation can remain confidential’ along with prayer emoji hands.

Sydney first made the claims in a video posted by Hollywood Unlocked last week saying she allegedly had a sexual experience with him in January this year and alleged that he told her he was single.
‘Sydney, wow was Tristan Thompson’s d**k?’ the woman in question is asked in a crass exchange, as she replies: ‘It was a peek-a-boo d**k but baby it was good.’
Sydney then alleged that Tristan told her he was single, saying: ‘I did not know he was in a relationship. He told me he was not in a relationship anymore.’
She claimed that the pair have ‘hung out’ on multiple occasions.
The Instagram video that contains the accusation contains the headline: ‘Woman claims she hooked up with Tristan Thompson while he was still with Khloé Kardashian.’
On Tuesday, Vivica A. Fox has weighed into the relationship drama by saying: ‘It’s time for Khloe to stop being a damn doormat for Tristan.’
Speaking on the latest episode of Cocktails With Queens, actress Vivica did not mince her words as she gave her two cents on the hot topic.
‘First of all, you are a Kardashian, girl. I’m sure it’s plenty of brothers lining up. They all just wanna take a trip, you know what I mean,’ Vivica added. ‘At this point, do you really want this kind of man to be a parental father figure to your children? The fact that he can’t even respect mama? What foundation are you on, period?’

In March this year, Khloe appeared to confirm that she was fully back on with Tristan, after posting a gushing message for his 30th birthday, to which he replied: ‘I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are.’
However, this is the latest in a long line of cheating allegations that have been lobbied against the sportsman, since he started his relationship with the Kardashian.
The pair were first linked when they were spotted leaving Bootsy Bellows together in August 2016, and Khloe later revealed how they were introduced by a mutual friend.
They confirmed their relationship in a 2016 Instagram post and she fell pregnant a year later with Tristan’s baby.

The same year, TMZ released surveillance video showing a man who appeared to be Tristan kissing another woman which was the first sign of trouble between the pair.
Khloé gave birth to their daughter True Thompson on April 12, 2018, and later appeared to address his alleged infidelity around the time of her birth.
‘Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan. She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as they possibly can,’ she wrote.
