But while filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians in New York City on Thursday, the girlfriend of Cleveland Cavalier basketball star Tristan Thompson could not hide her baby bump as it made its debut while she modeled a silky black vest with a long fuzzy coat.

It was clear she is several months along into her first pregnancy as the workout queen’s normally flat tummy was pushed out.
The snaps on her top looked like they were about to bust open and her cleavage was fuller than ever. Interestingly, she didn’t wear one of her own Good American bodysuits, which she has been plugging on social media. Rather, the doll had on a Fleur du Mal corset which hid her midsection better.
Khloe added skinny jeans, which must have had an elastic waist, and six-inch high black short boots.

Kris was in New York City at the WWD Apparel & Retail CEO Summit when she stopped to talk to ET.
The momager said she was ‘over the moon’ for the Strong Looks Better Naked author.
That is the closest Kris has come to confirming Khloe is pregnant with her first child.
She added that she approves of Khloe’s boyfriend Tristan.

‘We love Tristan so much, and she’s so happy, and she’s been through so much,’ Kris said.
‘Just seeing her be able to do something so creative with [her denim line] Good American, that’s her passion. On top of it, to be in such a great place in her personal life is amazing. She’s really happy.
‘She lives most of the time now in Cleveland, so that’s interesting, because she’s not around every day,’ added San Diego native.
The KUWTK producer also gave props to Kylie, who is reportedly pregnant with rapper Travis Scott’s baby.
‘I think she is very strong.
‘I think the strength that she has as a woman and as an entrepreneur, a businessperson, and everything that she’s got going on – she’s really equipped to handle whatever comes her way. I’m so proud of that kid. She’s a good girl with a big heart.’
