Insomnia is a beast to deal with. Sometimes it lasts only a night or two, but for others, it can last for weeks and months. In a few rare circumstances, people have gone years struggling with Insomnia.

Just laying in your warm bed with the lights low or off while you read a book is enough to make people tired enough to fall asleep. It’s worth a shot, right?
Be sure to set yourself up for 8 hours of sleep, too. Make a routine where you are in bed at the same exact time every night to help set your sleep/wake cycle up for success. Random sleep routines often cause insomnia issues, because your body never really knows what your optimal time for sleep is.
