But Kieran Hayler cast any drama with estranged wife Katie Price aside on Tuesday, as he visited a posh Harley Street dental clinic in London.
The former stripper, 31, flashed a smile at cameras as he arrived for his appointment in a casual ensemble.

Layering a denim shirt on top and adding black trainers, the star proved to be comfortable as he headed to his appointment, to improve his pearly whites.
Kieran looked relaxed as he smiled at cameras outside the clinic, despite the recent drama with his ex Katie.

The pair parted ways last month after Kieran’s numerous infidelities emerged, and his ex has since moved on with Kris Boyson, 29.
However, Kieran has since been spotted liking a number of women’s sexy Instagram posts – which his ex Laura-Alicia Sumners claims is the star’s idea of ‘revenge’.
Weighing in on their split, the Ex On The Beach star told Reveal: ‘He’s trying to wind her up. He knows what she’s like. Remember when Peter Andre married that gorgeous young doctor? Ooh, I bet Katie was seething!
‘Wasn’t she pretty much getting surgery the next day? And Kieran knows it. Katie reacts to certain things so he will do it for revenge. But equally he probably does want to meet someone for stability.’

Yet, the reality star also revealed the hunk’s more sensitive side, and revealed he will be hurting about the split deep down.
‘He’s super soft and will take this terribly hard,’ she added. ‘He loves kids, he loves animals, he won’t like the separation and I can’t imagine he’d have any legal rights to the children that aren’t biologically his.’
Following the split, Kieran was also spotted at a tattoo parlour last week to have his inking tribute to Katie removed.
The former stripper had two intertwined Ks inked on his ring finger, alongside a vast portrait of the star dressed as an angel down his leg – and is now keen on banishing all traces of his previous declaration of love.

A source told The Sun: ‘Kieran is looking into getting the wedding tattoo lasered off. He doesn’t see the point in keeping it and wants to get rid of it.
‘It’s just a daily reminder of his marriage, which is now over. He wants the whole thing removed and is booking in sessions for it to get lasered off.’
Kieran finally moved out of their former marital home last month – but was left looking after the kids when Katie celebrated her 40th birthday in Belgium with her new toyboy beau.
Katie confirmed Kieran had left the family home with a dig on Sunday, writing alongside a snap of son Harvey’s birthday cake: ‘Thankyou @wendyhayler04 for Harvey’s birthday cake you made it’s amazing and thanks Kieran for dropping it off.’
