It has been exactly 20 days since Sex And The City’s Kim Cattrall announced that her brother, Chris Cattrall, passed away unexpectedly.

The 61-year-old actress attended her late brother’s private memorial service at Saint Cuthbert’s Parish in Edinburgh on Saturday.

Despite the tragedy, Kim was smiling in her Instagram photo that she shared of herself alongside Reverend Peter Sutton.

Putting aside their ongoing feud, Sarah Jessica Parker reached out to her former co-star when she heard the devastating news.

‘Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and yours and Godspeed to your beloved brother. Xx,’ Sarah wrote in the comments section of Kim’s heartbreaking announcement.

Cattrall had a less than pleasant response, making it clear that she has no intentions of mending things with SJP.

‘I don’t need your love or support at this tragic time Sarah Jessica Parker,’ she said in a public Instagram post that asked the Divorce star to leave her ‘alone.’

Speaking about her three co-stars, she told Piers Morgan’s Life Stories: ‘We’ve never been friends. We’ve been colleagues and in some ways it’s a very healthy place to be.’

The cast worked together for six years on the series before going on to shoot two feature films.
