Kim Kardashian and her son, Saint, announced the location of the U.S.M.N.T.’s first 2026 World Cup: SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, as she admits she’ll be ‘the most embarrassing soccer mom on the planet’ during the tournament.
The 43-year-old American socialite and her eight-year-old boy made a surprise guest appearance on Fox Sports’ broadcast of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Match Schedule announcement on Sunday to reveal where the Star and Stripes will play its three group games in two years time.
The U.S. will start off in L.A. on June 12, then play in Seattle, a week later (June 19), before returning to the City of Angeles for a third and final group game on June 25.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino also revealed New York to be the host city of the World Cup final, after much speculation that Dallas’ Cowboys Stadium could be where the biggest game in international soccer is played. MetLife Stadium in New Jersey – home of the NFL’s Jets and Giants – is where the final will be played on July 19.
New York/New Jersey will also hold a Round of 32 match, as well as one in the Round of 16.

Miami will take center stage for the tournament’s third-place match, while Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Vancouver and Seattle will be the only cities other than New York to have both, Round of 32 and Round of 16, matches.
Philadelphia and Mexico City will also each respectively host a Round of 16 match, while Boston, Toronto, Miami, Kansas City, Monterrey and San Francisco will all have Round of 32 games being played in their respective stadiums.
Dallas and L.A. are the only two cities to have two Round of 32 matches.
Saint – Kardashian’s second-eldest son behind North, 10 – said the player he wants to see represent the U.S. the most at the 2026 World Cup is Weston McKennie.
