Kim Kardashian channels Madonna’s iconic 1992 breast-baring look at Jean Paul Gaultier’s PFW show

Kim Kardashian channels ANOTHER iconic look at Jean Paul Gaultier’s PFW show as she dons a remake of Madonna’s 1992 breast-baring dress

She recently recreated one of Marilyn Monroe’s most famous looks from 1962.

And Kim Kardashian has done it again, as she channelled her inner Madonna this time – sporting a remake of the singer’s controversial 1992 Jean Paul Gaultier dress.

Wearing the number to the fashion house’s show at Paris Haute-Couture Week on Wednesday, the 41-year-old seemingly paid tribute to Madonna’s boundary-pushing dress with a slightly more concealed version.

Back in the day: Her look was almost identical to that of Madonna's at the amfAR fashion show in 1992

Kim sported a black pinstripe maxi dress with a plunging neckline and nude cups layered over the chest area.

Paired with platformed black heeled boots, her look was almost identical to that of Madonna’s at the amfAR fashion show in 1992.

The now 63-year-old’s dress had the same pinstripe patter, except rather than nude cups, it featured a leather harness around the chest – leaving her breasts completely exposed in the middle.

Dubbed one of the star’s most iconic and controversial looks, she walked the amfAR stage hand in hand with designer Jean Paul Gaultier, throwing off an oversized blazer to reveal her bare chest on the runway.

And going for the more toned down version of the look, Kim is still sporting her blonde hair to add to the accuracy of the recreation.

But when it came to accessories, she added some personality with some heavy duty silver wrist cuffs, a matching chunky choker, chains and a chain nose ring – which was similar to those in Jean Paul Gaultier’s 1994 Les Tatouages collection.

The reality star had her daughter North by her side for the fashion event, who also embraced the designer with a matching false nose ring.
