Kim Kardashian gets a three-year restraining order against man ‘stalking her for months’

A California judge granted Kim Kardashian a three-year restraining order against a man who had been ‘stalking her for months,’ TMZ reported on Wednesday.

Kim, 40, appeared at virtual hearing to convince a judge that a man by the name of Charles Peter Zelenoff had been ‘stalking’ her for months and posed a danger to her and her family.

In May, the SKIMS founder was granted a temporary order of protection against Zelenoff after he allegedly tried ‘get inside’ her Hidden Hills mansion.

Kim and her legal team reportedly wanted a five-year restraining order, barring Zelenoff from going near the reality TV mogul.

The judge, however, thought three years was more appropriate due to the fact that the man wasn’t ‘threatening’ her directly.

The new order is an ‘extension’ of the temporary version that the mother of four was granted last month which ordered Zelenoff to stay 100 yards away from Kardashian at all times.

Zelenoff, who has two recent convictions for battery, has reportedly ‘filmed videos outside the edge of her property and she claims he’s getting increasingly frustrated about not getting inside.’

In her initial request, Kardashian said she was ‘scared’ that Zelenoff ‘was able to find her home, because she’s never shared her address.’

When asked her ‘relationship’ to Zelenoff, the KKW Beauty founder described him as her ‘stalker.’

This is the second restraining order Kim has sought in the last month. Just last week, Kim’s lawyer sought an order of protection against a man who sent the star a package containing a diamond engagement ring and Plan B in the mail.

According to TMZ, the KUWTK star, filed documents against Nicholas Costanza, who she has alleged is the person who sent the items on June 3.

The publication reports that her filing, from attorney Shawn Holley, claims that Costanza ‘has shown up to her property a handful of times this year, including once in February, and then again in late May’.

It has also been alleged that Costanza has ‘sprung up at her gated community, telling guards he was there to pick her up for dinner on one occasion.’

And, this week, Kim’s sister Kendall Jenner was granted temporary restraining order against a separate stalker who tried to climb over barbed wire fencing to get into her LA home.

According to TMZ, Kendall’s lawyer filed legal documents for a temporary restraining order against Isaias Noe Flores, 27, who the model says has turned up at her LA home over the past couple of years, professed his love and showered her with gifts.

This is the third order of protection Kendall has gotten this year.

Back in April, the model, 25, was permitted two restraining orders, one against Malik Bowker, who she claimed was plotting to kill her, and a five-year restraining order against Shaquan King, who swam naked in her swimming pool.

The two latter instances prompted Jenner to vacate her residence and move from West Hollywood into a more secure and undisclosed location.

Kylie Jenner also obtained a restraining order against Kendall’s alleged stalker, Shaquan King, who was order to stay at least 100 yards away from her as well.

Shortly after he was apprehended and released for showing up to Kendall’s home, he made his way to Kylie’s gated community and was arrested again for felony stalking.
