Kim Kardashian praises ‘historic day for Armenia’ after protests

She’s not usually one to talk about current events.

But Kim Kardashian chimed in to express her support for the people of Armenia Monday after their prime minister was forced from office following 11 days of protest.

Sharing a photo from her 2015 trip to the nation, the Armenian/American reality starlet, 37, wrote: ‘It’s so inspiring to see all Armenians united in peaceful protests making a difference.’

The flashback photo had Kim looking at her finest, clad in a tight creme turtleneck and matching slacks, while holding hands with a petite elderly lady with a bright smile.

Kardashian’s caption began: ‘It’s so inspiring to see all Armenians united in peaceful protests making a difference.

‘It’s a historic day for Armenia,’ continued the mother-of-three.

Kim explained how the strong little woman represented the Armenian spirit to her, saying: ‘I used this image of me in Armenia because this woman touched my heart and to me she represents the heart of so many strong Armenians!’
