During Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians , Kim, 37, said that she had tried to get pregnant again with an embryo and ‘lost it.’

She also spoke about her frustration at playing a waiting game.

‘Getting a surrogate and finding someone that you really trust really is so much more for difficult of a situation than you could really imagine,’ she admitted during the episode.

The agency-found surrogate is reportedly being paid $33,000 to carry the reality star’s child.

‘I go to all the doctor’s appointments and I try to be really present, but when you’re not carrying it yourself it is such a fine balance of how much you’re going to be in their lives,’ Kim said.

‘Of course, I want to know ever last detail that’s going on with my baby and that’s super frustrating, but I really trust my surrogate and I don’t want to be that person that’s trying to control her every move.’

While the name of Kim and Kanye’s surrogate has been kept under wraps, she is thought to be married and is the mother of two young boys.

Initially, the surrogate didn’t know she was carrying Kim’s baby, the reality star revealed last month during her appearance on the talk show The Real.

She explained that  she and Kanye could have gone through the process anonymously but that she wanted to make sure that the woman they chose was ‘a fan.’

‘I just felt like I wanted, whoever’s carrying my baby, like what if they weren’t a fan of me or my husband? And what if they didn’t want to be carrying our baby?’ she said. ‘I wanted to give them that choice and be proud and on the same page.’
