The actor who played the villain in the cult 90s comedy movie Kindergarten Cop has been arrested for public intoxication offences in his hometown in Alabama.
Richard Tyson, who played Cullen Crisp alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in the hit 1990 flick, was pictured looking worse for wear at Mobile County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday.
Tyson was arrested for harassment and public intoxication after reportedly becoming embroiled in a fight in the same town where his brother John Tyson was once the District Attorney.

He was arrested for harassment and public intoxication following an unspecified incident in the same town where his brother John Tyson was once the District Attorney
Jail records show he was released from jail within a few hours. The arrest log lists the 58-year-old actor’s home address as his native Mobile.
Aside from facing off against Arnie, he also played Staff Sergeant Daniel Busch, who was one of the soldiers in a doomed chopper, in 2001’s Black Hawk Down.
He has also been in a number of Farrelly Brothers films, including Kingpin, Something About Mary and Me, Myself and Irene.
