Min Chai and Eddie Stewart, co-founders of Tokyo Lamington, shared their dessert secrets with the team at KitKat in order to create the mouthwatering cakes.

The raspberry rose lamington will likely be a crowd pleaser as it’s made with strawberry crea dipped in ruby chocolate dip and covered with dried raspberries and hibiscus petals.

Reminiscent of the iconic lamington, the Aussie version is made with vanilla sponge, KitKat cream and is covered in shredded coconut and strawberry pieces.

The gold lamington is covered in crushed KitKat and Lotus Biscoff pieces for an added crunch, but inside awaits a delicious KitKat cream with vanilla sponge.

Until July 10 customers can also visit the KitKat Chocolatory to create their own chocolate bars and lamingtons - with more than 240 possible combinations
