Kmart is the store that sends shoppers into a spin and now an expert bargain hunter has shared her top buys from the chain.
Victorian local, Annmaree Smith, shops at the store so much she has given herself the title ‘Kmart Queen’.
The 28-year-old started an Instagram with the moniker when she developed an obsession with the products Kmart has to offer.
‘I realised my hobby and love of Kmart was shared by many other people, family, friends, work colleagues and strangers on the street that would stop me and ask where an item of clothing was from,’ she told news.com.au.

Now, Annmaree has become an expert in spotting a bargain and is quick to share her finds with the internet.
She recently shared her top five purchases from the store, proving that you don’t need to spend big bucks to be stylish.

1. RIPPED JEANS
Annmaree explained that she used to pay on average between $190 to $250 on designer jeans, which is something she no longer does.
Now she is quite content spending only $20 on a pair from Kmart and she said in an Instagram post she has them ‘on rotation’.
She has purchased all three washes to go with different outfits, which only set her back $60.

2. BEANIES
Another favourite of Annmaree’s are the beanies, with prices starting at $7 for regular beanies and those with pompom’s costing $9.
These accessories are one of the bargain hunters staple items come the cooler months.
‘Just got this beanie myself yesterday, it’s so soft and comfy,’ one of her followers wrote when Annmaree shared a picture of herself wearing the affordable item.

3. THE PENCIL CASE CLUTCH
The Instagrammer once shared the neoprene pencil case she purchased to her social media account – but she isn’t using it how one would expect.
Instead of using it to store her pencils, Annmaree is using the stylish item as a clutch.
She told her followers that the pencil case only set her back $3 and the response from her followers was huge.
‘It went crazy. The pencil cases are full price $5 for the eye design which is currently on clearance at my local, and the neoprene one is $3 full price — on clearance for $2 at the moment.’

4. ACTIVEWEAR
Other products she is no longer spending lots of money on is designer activewear, which often has a high price tag.
Annmaree used to spend $100 on a single pair of tights from Lorna Jane and now the budget queen can spend that on an entire work out outfit from Kmart.
She explained that she can buy a crop, mesh tee, tights and jacket for under $100.
‘My style tip is that I like mixing higher end sportswear with affordable sportswear brands… makes for a nice, sporty, chic vibe!’ she wrote in an Instagram caption.
5. SLEEPWEAR
Annmaree has also revealed that she often wears Kmart pyjamas as clothing.
With Kmart’s sleepwear being so affordable she is able to get multiple wears out of items that are already inexpensive.
