And people were quick to jump at the offer: ‘Amazing, I will grab ten,’ one woman said.
While others tagged their friends and bragged about spotting the unbelievable deal.
‘Oh no, someone is getting fired. Surely this is a huge mistake,’ one man wrote.
‘Surely it is supposed to say $10,’ said another.
Others were upset, noting it would be ‘impossible’ for them to get any of the super-cheap boards.
‘They would be all gone now, for ten cents,’ one woman complained.
‘I would love this for craft project but I don’t know anyone who lives near that store,’ complained another.
‘Why does my Kmart never have sales like this,’ a third complained.
But one woman gave them hope, noting she also got a good deal on the board in a NSW store.
‘My husband got me one from the Figtree store,’ the woman said.
The product is no longer available on the retailer’s website.
