Krystal and Neil’s recent purchase comes after they recently finished building their ‘dream’ holiday home in Gerringong, on the south coast of New South Wales.

The beach front plot, overlooking Werri Beach, was purchased for $1.7million back in May 2019, and, as of last year, they had spent almost $400,000 on construction.

A drone picture from 2020 showed their multi-level coastal property slowing coming together after they excavated down into the ground to create a sizeable lower level.

The couple were granted permits for the $262,797 valued build and a $24,739 swimming pool and spa in November.

Krystal’s husband Neil managed the project himself through his successful property design and construction company, Futureflip.
