And on the pair’s KIIS FM show on Tuesday, Kyle Sandilands kept that gag going, joking that there would be ‘no thanks’ for Jackie if she walked out on the radio program.
Reflecting on the fallout from Lisa Wilkinson’s shock departure from the Today show -and her co-host Karl Stefanovic’s emotional farewell speech to her – Kyle turned to Jackie and said: ‘If you pull any stunt like that where you disappear and go to a rival network, there’ll be no thanks here.’

Jackie initially laughed off Kyle’s comments and said she thought she’d probably just be ‘ignored and brushed under the carpet’ if she did quit.
The pair then speculated over whether Karl and Lisa had a close a relationship as everyone thought they did.
