Kyle Sandilands was joined by a very special guest at his workplace on Monday.

The shock jock’s two-year-old toddler Otto visited his father at the KIIS FM studios in Sydney.

A video of the sweet moment was shared to The Kyle and Jackie O Show Instagram account on Monday.

Dressed in a black and white jumpsuit and wearing a red tie in his fluffy blond hair, Otto was seen clutching his dad’s hand as Kyle showed off his office.

In one heartwarming scene, the doting dad sat Otto on his knee and showed him a microphone, which he describes as a ‘thing’.

‘Did you do a big poo in the big toilet,’ Kyle asked his son in another moment.

‘Yes,’ the little boy replied.

In another tender moment, Kyle received a kiss from his boy.

The videos were posted by Kyle’s manager Bruno Bouchet, along with the caption, ‘Always love a visit from Otto.’

The video ended with little Otto waving farewell, while Bouchet can be heard saying ‘Goodbye we love you.’

Kyle shares Otto with wife Tegan Kynaston, 38.

The visit comes after Kyle revealed earlier this month he had a brain aneurysm which required brain surgery.

The media veteran warned listeners ‘a life of cocaine abuse and partying are not the way to go’.

The top-rating KIIS FM host announced the news at the beginning of his breakfast show on February 3.

‘On Friday, I was told by my medical team – which sounds like I’m already very sick, that I have a brain aneurysm and it requires immediate attention, brain surgery,’ Kyle said.

‘My doctor said if I didn’t get it checked, I would have died.’

He then cracked a joke about the show’s lower ratings in Melbourne.

‘If you just tuned in to us after all these years, lap it up. And if you’re in Melbourne… you’re coming to the party too late. ‘You may get your wish. I may be dead,’ he said.

He revealed that his doctor had banned him from doing cocaine, having sex, masturbating, heavy lifting and becoming stressed.

His wife Tegan ‘bursts into tears’ every time she sees him since they got the sad news, Kyle revealed.
