The KIIS FM shock jock has been an early riser for more than 10 years, fronting the popular breakfast Kyle And Jackie ‘O’ show.
And Kyle Sandilands has revealed a VERY intimate way he begins each morning before leaving the house.
The 46-year-old shared his routine with listeners without hesitation: ‘I get up, race over to the alarm clock, hit it, see myself nude and think “yeah, let’s go to town”.’

Kyle told his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson: ‘I get up, turn the alarm off and then I catch a glimpse of myself fully nude in the mirror and think “Yeah” and then I think I’m going to go to town on myself in the shower.’
‘… and that’s what gets me going,’ he added, with Jackie choking on a glass of water and responding: ‘Oh Jesus, I did NOT need to hear that!’

Unapologetic, Kyle said innocently: ‘I’m just telling you my routine.’
In disbelief, Jackie questioned: ‘Is that REALLY you’re routine in the morning?’
Still shocked by the confession, she asked for further clarification: ‘So, you’re masturbating over yourself?’
‘You’re right. I am saying that, aren’t I? Anyway. I do that’: Kyle hesitantly agreed with Jackie that he was ‘masturbating over himself’ after becoming ‘horny’ from seeing his OWN naked frame in the mirror
Kyle chuckled in denial: ‘No, no, not over myself.’
