Kyle Walker has reportedly followed in the footsteps of David Beckham by signing a lucrative deal to model underwear for Hugo Boss.

The Sun claim that the England full-back will receive a six-figure sum for the campaign, which launches next month.

A source quoted in the report said: ‘He’s so excited about this, he can’t contain himself.

‘He’s been reluctant to do anything like this in the past because he doesn’t like the spotlight, but things are different now.

‘He’s loving his new lease of life with AC Milan and hopes his performances can help him reach 100 caps for England.

He proudly showcased his sculpted phsique and tattooed torso in a number of the brand’s new range

‘But he’s also thinking about the future and has half an eye on life beyond football.’

It’s not the first time Walker has trod on the same path as Beckham, having recently joined AC Milan on loan.

He chose to take the same no 32 shirt that Beckham wore at the San Siro and has since made nine appearances in all competitions.

The source added: ‘Kyle saw what Becks did and wants to follow in his footsteps to create something beyond football.’
