Kylie Jenner drops out of the Kardashian lawsuit against Blac Chyna

She’s a new mom to baby Stormi.

And now busy mom Kylie Jenner, 20, has opted to remove herself from a Kardashian counter lawsuit against her 31-year-old half-brother Rob Kardashian’s ex girlfriend Blac Chyna because ‘she really had no financial stake in the case’ according to TMZ.

The suit initially demanded ‘more than $100k in damages’ from the 29-year-old former stripper.

I’m out! Busy mom Kylie Jenner, 20, has opted to remove herself from a Kardashian counter lawsuit against her 31-year-old half-brother Rob Kardashian’s ex girlfriend Blac Chyna

According to the gossip site, ‘Chyna trashed the house [Rob] was renting from Kylie, breaking a door and damaging walls.’

But apparently the sole Kardashian brother ‘had repaired the damage himself so she really had no financial stake in the case’.

In court docs obtained by TMZ in January, Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, said that ‘the unwritten rule no one told [her] when she began her relationship with Kardashian is that the entire family will come after you if you leave.’

The Washington D.C. native named her ex Rob, his sister Kim and Kris Jenner in her original suit against the family, claiming they had sabotaged their 2016 E! show Rob & Chyna ‘despite great ratings,’ amid her public falling-out with the sock designer.

The salon owner said that the family, which rocketed to fame with the E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, has no hesitation ‘about using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled… and spreading lies about you’ if you fall on their bad side.

Chyna said that the reason they were aggressive in their attacks on her was to curtail her success in fields they compete in, such as social media and products like cosmetics.
