Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue has sold her charming investment property in Armadale, Melbourne, for $1.715million.
The singer, 53, owned the home for 31 years after buying it in her early twenties when she was launching a music career following her starring role on Neighbours.
The Spinning Around hitmaker first bought the cottage in 1990 for $185,000, reports The Herald Sun.

The home has been rented out to various tenants since 1993.
The property features an all-white Victorian exterior, spacious interiors, high ceilings, vintage fireplaces and hardwood floors.
The white kitchen is abundant with natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the courtyard.
