A young LA Rams fan couldn’t control his excitement when his parents surprised him with football tickets on Sunday.

Griff, who had very mixed emotions about the gift, burst into tears when his mother revealed to him they were going to watch his favorite player, Todd Gurley from the LA Rams.

Kathryn LangleyKathryn Langley captioned the video: ‘this was Griff’s reaction to being able to go watch you play today. He’s your biggest fan! #GurleyBoy.

In the video she says to him: ‘What do you think if we go watch Todd Gurley play football today?’

He immediately responds: ‘But they’re in LA.’

To his delight his mom says: ‘No they’re not they’re playing Jacksonville,’ which is when he realizes what’s going on.

His mom keeps asking him: ‘Are you excited?’ but clearly unable to control his emotions the adorable boy just continues to cry.

Clearly overwhelmed, Griff just buries his head in his hands while sporting a huge grin on his face.

The boy continues to get more and more emotional as his dad jokes: ‘You gonna hyperventilate?’

The LA Rams played the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday and won 27-17 to the Florida based team.

Speaking about the game Gurley said: ‘Everybody has been able to do their job and we’ve just been able to go out there and execute,’ Gurley said, according to the LA Times.
