Lady Amelia Windsor showcased her daring sense of style as she stepped out at the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in London tonight. 

The 24-year-old paired a one-sleeved black dress with plunging neckline with a pair of metallic gold wedges as she joined fellow celebrities for the highly-anticipated event.  

The royal, who is 39th in line to the throne, arrived at Claridge’s hotel wearing a stylish grey checked coat, but removed it as she entered the hotel. 

Striking a confident pose for the cameras, she wore her blonde hair straight with a simple side-parting.

She wore minimal make-up and emphasised her natural glow with a touch of blusher on her cheeks.

A number of stars including model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Cate Blanchett, who is set to receive the Philanthropy Award, turned out for the esteemed event in partnership with Armani Beauty. 

Cate’s recognition comes after years of working for women’s rights through various movements such as Time’s Up and #MeToo.  

She donned a striking one-piece with a deep v-neck by Armani Prive as she showcased her timeless sense of style alongside fellow attendees.

The 50-year-old has also worked as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees (UNHCR), which is programmed designed to help protect refugees all around the world. 

Cate spoke about her dedication to women’s rights in an interview for Harper’s Bazaar, and explained that she feels that little progress has been made.

She said: ‘We’re still talking about same-sex restrooms, we’re still talking about women in the military.

‘And how many years ago was that? It really has been Groundhog Day.’

Also in attendance was The Crown star Helen Bonham-Carter, 53, who opted for a frill dress and TV personality Alexa Chung.

Lady Amelia’s first dabble in the world of fashion came in 2010, when she and her siblings posed for Hardy Amies. 

She has since made an impact on the fashion industry by modelling for Dolce & Gabbana and appearing as a regular on the social scene of Fashion Week.

The 24-year-old is the daughter of George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews, and granddaughter of Edward the Duke of Kent, who is a first cousin of the Queen.

It makes her a distant cousin of Prince William, 35, and Prince Harry, 33 – and 37th-in-line to the throne, following the birth of Prince Louis.
