Lady Amelia Windsor is joined by her sister Lady Marina for photoshoot

Lady Amelia Windsor was joined by her sister Lady Marina as the socialite sisters posed up a storm for a new silk clothing collection by luxury womenswear designer Laura Green.

Amelia, 26, who is 43rd in the line of succession to the British throne, showcased her fashion prowess in the snaps as she posed alongside sister Marina, 28.

The two sisters could be seen modelling silk pieces by the British couturier Laura,  and were also joined by fellow society beauties including Lily and Eliza Moncrieffe and  Minna and Hugh Kerr.

Having collaborated on the limited-edition collection with celebrated artist, Marie-Claire Kerr, Laura revealed: ‘I have long admired Marie-Claire’s choice of colour, her exquisite landscapes and floral compositions so you can imagine how intrigued I was to see how they translated onto silk.

‘This wasn’t an experiment, but a discovery of how Marie-Claire and I could collaborate on a project to showcase her art and my designs.’

Laura selected her favourite floral compositions from Marie-Claire’s portfolio and then worked with silk printers at the Glasgow School of Art who transferred the designs onto the fabric.

The finished collection features dresses, skirts and blouses with great attention to detail made on the placement of the floral designs.

Laura’s designs were carefully created to showcase Marie-Claire’s exquisite floral compositions and have been modelled in the photoshoot by a selection of society beauties and close family friends at Marie-Claire’s home – Melbourne Hall in Derbyshire.
