Lady Amelia Windsor is spotted visiting an Oxfam branch in West London

Amelia takes the crown as thriftiest Windsor! The Duke of Kent’s granddaughter, 27, is spotted visiting an Oxfam branch in West London

Once hailed as the ‘most beautiful member of the Royal Family’ by Tatler magazine, Lady Amelia Windsor is now staking a claim for being the thriftiest.

The Duke of Kent’s granddaughter, 27, was spotted visiting an Oxfam branch near the West London flat she shares with her 30-year-old sister, Lady Marina.

‘You don’t expect to bump into a member of the Royal Family at Oxfam,’ remarks one fellow shopper, seemingly unaware that thrift shops are now the height of fashion.

Lady Amelia appears to be happy to splash the cash, too. The Ash Addict trainers she was wearing cost £235, her Hunter puffer jacket was £200, and her personalised Burberry rucksack, complete with her initials, would have cost around £1,000.

She completed her low-key ensemble with a pair of light blue jeans and combated the cold with a set of matching fingerless gloves.

Last month, Lady Amelia channelled the 1990s in a grunge-style outfit as she graced the red carpet at the premiere of Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio with a live orchestra at Abbey Road.

The socialite layered a black vest on top of a long-sleeved, striped shirt, paired with brown jeans and chunky trainers with rainbow laces as she posed for photos.

Amelia wore her blonde locks down and straight, accessorising her trousers with a leopard print belt and opting for a gold chain necklace complete with a padlock pendant.

The fresh-faced socialite appeared to be wearing minimal make up, showing off her natural beauty.

Amelia, who is 44th in line to the throne, looked relaxed in the casual look as she made her way to the event.

Mexican director Guillermo del Toro was pictured speaking at the event with an orchestra in front of him as the film was about to start.

The movie, which is a Netflix production, stars Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard and Scot actor Ewan McGregor.
