Lady Kitty Spencer has shared a snap of her latest modelling campaign, shot for Bulgari in Rome, which features a cannabis necklace.
The 27-year-old model, who is a Bulgari ambassador,took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a glimpse at the luxury fashion house’s latest design, branded the ‘Happy Leaves necklace’.
