Lara Worthington (née Bingle) stepped out in style for an event celebrating Chanel in Sydney on Wednesday night.

The 33-year-old’s toned abs were on display thanks to the revealing top, which left little to the imagination.

Turning heads: Lara Worthington (née Bingle) stepped out in style for an event celebrating Chanel in Sydney on Wednesday night

She styled her short blonde hair in a chic bob and accessorised with various items of jewellery, including earrings and rings.

Lara has been busy with her modelling career in recent weeks.

In April, she was announced as the new global ambassador for swimwear brand Seafolly.

It was Lara’s first swimsuit shoot in a long time, after swapping glamour modelling for a quieter life as a beauty mogul and fashion influencer.

Since marrying Sam Worthington, who is best known for his role in Avatar, she has mostly stayed out of the headlines and adopted a more conservative style of dress.

Before the notoriously private couple started dating in 2013, Lara had been a tabloid fixture in Sydney.

She had her own reality show, Being Lara Bingle on Channel 10, and dated a string of famous men, including former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke.

Lara was a little-known 19-year-old model from Cronulla, in Sydney’s south, when she became the face of Australia’s tourism industry in 2006.

The $186 million ‘So where the bloody hell are you?’ campaign was masterminded by future Prime Minister Scott Morrison and screened across the globe.

The advertisements featured various Australians preparing for visitors to their country, and concluded with a bikini-clad Lara stepping out of the ocean and asking, ‘So where the bloody hell are you?’
