Shawn King has opened up the doors to her husband Larry’s $17 million Beverly Hills mansion and hinted: ‘It might be on the market soon.’
Shawn, who is being divorced by her 85-year-old husband after 22 years of marriage, gave DailyMailTV a tour of the luxury Tuscan-style property.
The stunning 9,696 sq ft mansion on glitzy North Hillcrest Road in the heart of Beverly Hills’ famous 90210 zip code boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym and pool house.
The couple bought the home in 2007 for a modest $11.75 million but the value of the property has since soared after the couple made significant improvements.
Once through the wrought iron entry gate and manicured gardens, you’re welcomed with double 10ft high ornate metal and glass doors which open up to an impressive main foyer.
Former singer and actress Shawn, 59, invited our camera crew through the door with a smile, saying: ‘Hi DailyMailTV, come on in.’

On a table at the back is a fun life-like Barbie doll style figurine of Shawn set in a glass case and a smaller wax figure of Larry sitting next to it.
A huge gong punctuates the foyer – presumably an impressive tool to welcome dinner guests.
The home is littered with photos of Larry and Shawn in happier times as well as memorabilia and pictures of their two boys as young children.
On one feature photo table in the family room, there’s photos of Larry, Shawn and their sons with Hollywood star Tom Cruise, Shawn on stage with composer David Foster and a photo of Larry on CNN interviewing Michelle Obama.

Shawn says the tune is ‘Larry and Shawn’s song.’

Underneath is a framed copy of an E.E. Cummings poem ‘somewhere I have never traveled, gladly beyond’, which Larry’s friend Al Pacino gave to them as a wedding gift.
‘We were on a date once and he started reciting this beautiful, romantic poem – who has Al Pacino reciting a love poem to them when they’re on a date, Larry really knows how to bring in the big guns.’
And given pride of place atop the fireplace is a trio of photos of Larry with Shawn and their eldest son Chance as a toddler.
Shawn is seen exposing her bare baby bump during the pregnancy of their second son Cannon. Shawn also has a third son Danny from a previous marriage.

Shawn says one of her pet names for Larry is ‘Mr Clock Head’ because he’s from live television so is always early, whereas she has a background in taped television so is always late, what Shawn says has been the subject of ‘a few heated discussions’.

The room is filled with trophies and awards from his glittering TV career as well as memorabilia picked up on his travels or given as gifts from celebrities he has interviewed.
Shawn picked out a framed letter to Larry from Frank Sinatra as a particular favorite.
One side of the room is filled with baseball memorabilia – signed balls and bats and photos of Larry with big name stars.
There’s also a black and white photo of Shawn alongside actor David Hasselhoff, from her appearance on hit 80s show Knight Rider.
Shawn also laughs off reports that she and Larry sleep in separate bedrooms and have done for the past ten years

‘We have a lot of fun out here, in the summertime we have Sunday lunch outside,’ Shawn explains.
She says they replaced the grass with AstroTurf because she got sick of her sporty sons ‘sliding around’ and ruining the grass.
Shawn says she cooks a lot and grows basil, rosemary, tomatoes, limes and kumquats in the garden.
The beauty seemed relaxed during the tour and even invited our cameras into the master bedroom upstairs.
