Latto and Cardi B are ‘actin brand new’ as they turn up the heat in their new music video

A new remix from Latto and Cardi B called Put It On Da Floor Again was released along with an accompanying music video on Friday.

The song — their first collaboration — begins with the catchy lyric, ‘Rip me out the plastic, I been actin’ brand new,’ as Latto literally rips Cardi B out of plastic in a store before she begins to dance.

Latto is then shown riding around in a shopping cart before she selects a bottle of tequila off the shelf.

The scene changes to a Jewelry store where the Big Energy rapper is seen throwing cash in the air as she dances between the glass cases.

Wearing a short white crop top and flattering booty shorts, Latto begins dancing and twerking in the Jewelry store while sucking on a lollipop before the scene rapidly changes again to a house party.

With quick edits, the story flashes between the grocery store, the jewelry shop, and a raging house party where Latto again shows off her figure in a studded blue bra top and matching tiny shorts.

During the house party, a group of girls dances alongside Latto before Cardi B begins her verse in the Jewelry store.

While rapping, Cardi flaunts her fabulous curves in a tight black skirt with thigh-high boots as Latto rubs stacks of cash all over her.

The 24-year-old Big Energy rapper and 30-year-old WAP star’s latest video was filmed in Atlanta and features guest appearances by LSU Women’s Basketball player Angel Reese, BabyDrill and Cardi B’s husband, Offset.

The video shows the two stars shopping for fancy jewelry, having fun in a grocery store, shopping in a department store and partying like rock stars at a house party.

The song is a remix of ‘Put It on Da Floor,’ which Latto debuted during Coachella’s first weekend in April.

On Wednesday, Latto teased the collaboration in a short video posted to her Instagram account, where she spoke to her fans next to a mystery guest wearing a plastic bag over her head.

‘I put it on the floor, and now, I’m ’bout to put it on the floor again. Remix this Friday. Rip her out the plastic, she been acting brand new,’ Latto said before tearing the plastic bag off Cardi B’s head. Cardi then added, ‘Put it on the floor bitch.’

The ‘Put It On Da Floor’ remix marks Cardi’s first release this year. The Grammy winner released one solo song last year, ‘Hot Sh**,’ which featured Kanye West and Lil Durk.
