And on Friday, she shared one of her at-home tips for dealing with dirty hair. 

After running out of dry shampoo, the 37-year-old turned to Dove’s Dove Advanced Care Antiperspirant deoderant to cover up her musty mane.

‘Ran out of dry shampoo so just sprayed deodorant on my hair,’ she told her 320,000 followers on Instagram.

‘Not the worst decision I’ve ever made… but also not great,’ she admitted.

The former Bachelor star then posted a selfie to show off her messy brown hair, which was beginning to frizz.

‘I give it a 6/10 for effectiveness,’ she wrote. ‘I mean, I wouldn’t recommend it. But this was a crisis.’

In July, Laura revealed she once underwent a cosmetic enhancement while she was in a previous relationship because she ‘didn’t feel attractive enough’ to the man she was dating at the time. 

‘I went and I got Botox as I thought if I was attractive, he would like me more,’ she told her Life Uncut co-host Brittany Hockley.

‘This was the guy I dated before Matty [Johnson], so I was 29. I was in one of those relationships where I wanted to look better.

‘I thought if I was more desirable, funnier, prettier, he would be better to me. It didn’t work, and he wasn’t,’ the podcast host added.

Matty and Laura met on The Bachelor in 2017 and are parents to two daughters – Marlie Mae, two, and seven-month old Lola.
