Lauren has ruled out having a second child anytime soon as she wants to focus on her family.

The reality star opened up about her painful drug-free home birth to the publication, saying her placenta resembled a stingray.

She said: ‘My placenta was bigger than the baby so no wonder I had such a big bump!

‘It came out like an animal, it looked like a stingray. Then they checked me and I didn’t need any stitches and I didn’t tear. Now I’m just letting my body heal. I’m still bleeding and my bump is going down.’

The television personality recently revealed her natural drug-free home birth with Larose left her ‘screaming for help’ as the contractions took hold.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Lauren said she had endured her labour with only gas and air for relief.

She said: ‘I had a natural home birth with no drugs and the midwife said she’d never seen someone give birth so textbook the way I did. I had a bit of gas and air, which we ran out of and they had to go to hospital to get some more, but I was in my zone and I did it.

Lauren said the magnitude of the labour pains made her feel like ‘I was about to die’, with the star already 8cm dilated when she was checked by a midwife. Contractions then followed every 30 seconds.

The former TOWIE star said: ‘Oh my Lord! I was in my front room screaming, “Please, someone help me!”… It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in all my life.’

Revealing that she received a burst of energy when she got to the final stages of her labour, Lauren detailed how Larose was delivered as she was standing up.

Lauren’s partner Charles was supporting her throughout the labour, saying: ‘I was getting my hair pulled and every time she had a contraction she was grabbing my face and gouging my eyes out. But you just go through it, comfort her and reassure her she’s doing well.’
