Lawyer now wanted for having sex with TWO inmates

Andrew Spark, 55, was arrested on Sunday after he was caught having sex with an inmate at the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida

An attorney who was arrested on Sunday for having sex with an inmate in a Florida jail for a ‘Girls in Jail’ porn series is now wanted for doing the same thing with an inmate at another jail in the Tampa area.

Andrew Spark, 55, was arrested on Sunday after he was caught in the act having sex with 28-year-old Pinellas County Jail inmate Antoinette Rose Napolitano.

Police said he had an arrangement with the drugs suspect: He would put $30 to $40 in her commissary account if she had sex with him in the attorney-client meeting room.

He would then allegedly post videos of their trysts on the internet.

At the time of his arrest, Pinellas County officials said there may be more victims.

Hillsborough County authorities confirmed that suspicion on Thursday when they issued a warrant for Spark’s arrest on the same charges.

According to a press release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Spark met with a female inmate at the Falkenburg Road Jail the evening of October 13 ‘under the guise of official attorney business’.

The unnamed inmate met with Spark in a ‘secure, un-monitored, attorney client priviledge visitation room’ where she proceeded to perform oral sex on the lawyer while he took pictures on a tablet.

The photos were discovered as Pinellas County officials were investigating the initial case. She was positively identified by her mother.

Hillsborough County officials went on to listen in to a previous call between Spark and the inmate at the Falkenburg Road jail, and found they talked on the phone a day before their meeting.

During the five minute phone call, they discussed the best time to visit and agreed on a payment of $10 – which Spark deposited into the inmate’s commissary account.

The investigation into Spark began in November when they got a tip about him approaching 25-year-old inmate Shauna Boselli, left, and offering to pay her money to have sex with him in the attorney-client meeting room at the Pinellas County Jail. She turned him down, but police discovered that he had convinced another inmate, 28-year-old Antoinette Napolitano (right), who he slept with six times while she was behind bars

Neither of the women that Spark is accused of sleeping with in jail were his actual clients.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for Spark’s arrest on Thursday, on the charges of introduction/possession of contraband into a detention facility and solicitation for prostitution – the same charges he was hit with in the first case.

After his arrest on Sunday, he bonded out of jail.

It’s unclear if he has turned himself into Hillsborough County authorities or not yet.

The investigation into Spark started in November, when they got a tip about him allegedly approaching 25-year-old Pinellas County Jail inmate Shauna Boselli, and offering to put money in her commissary account if she performed oral sex on him while he filmed. He bragged about having sex with another inmate just before meeting with her.

‘It was really ridiculously nominal amounts,’ Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said at a Monday press conference. ‘But when you’re in jail those ridiculously nominal accounts add up.’

Spark and Boselli knew each other before she was jailed for child pornography charges. Last year, Spark met Boselli at a Tampa porn festival and tried to get her to do a video with him but they could not agree on the price.

Boselli turned him down again when he approached her at the jail, but authorities were later able to confirm that he had sex with at least one other inmate – 28-year-old Antoinette Rose Napolitano.

Like Boselli, Spark met Napolitano before she was incarcerated. He solicited her for sex off Backpage.com three years ago and they would meet to hook up before she was jailed for drug charges.

Authorities say Spark had sex with Napolitano at the jail at least six times since June.

When they learned that Spark planned to meet with Napolitano on Sunday, they wired the room and then waited for the sex act to begin.

They say Spark started recording the video while Napolitano was seated at the table. He asked her to describe some sexual fantasies and then to perform sex acts.

When Spark pulled out his penis, detectives opened the door and took him into custody.

Spark was booked into the same jail where he filmed the sex acts. He posted $5,300 bond later that same day.

Spark refused to speak to detectives and asked for an attorney.

‘He wouldn’t talk,’ Gualtieri said. ‘He said he wanted a lawyer. Go figure.’

Gualtieri says they have not been able to find any of his videos on the internet yet.

They say Napolitano will not face charges for the sex acts.

The Florida Bar is currently investigating Spark. They said he has no prior disciplinary history since becoming a lawyer in the state in 1991.

Records show that Spark once worked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office as an assistant attorney general, but quit in 2011.

A spokesman for then Attorney general Pam Bondi said that he was the subject of an internal investigation regarding the use of a work computer to do personal business. The complaint was closed when he quit.
