Manchester City were probed by police after leaked footage showed young footballers naked in a shower.
The video, which appeared online was shared across social media, was also shared to players at another Premier League club.
It led to officials at the other club to question City: ‘What on earth is going on at your club?’ the Sun reports.
Manchester City called in police to immediately check whether any crimes had been committed.

A source told the newspaper: ‘This has been a nightmare for the club.
‘The players were sat around naked in the shower area indulging in some high jinks. It’s been a bit of a minefield.’
A statement from City said the alarm was immediately raised with the police, the FA and Premier League.
The club immediately alerted police to the video as well as the FA and Premier League after the footage was watched by footballers at another club
Officers who investigated the video found that there was nothing sexual about its contents and not unlawful
However, there was nothing sexual about the video’s content and it was therefore deemed not to be unlawful.
The club said the ‘welfare and protection of all children in our programmes is our utmost priority’.
