Lena Dunham has been pictured for the very first time as a bride in new photos capturing her surprise wedding to Luis Felber.

In an intimate photo posted to her Instagram account, Lena, 35, wore a white lace wedding dress as she stood beside her new husband.   

‘9*25*21 – and that’s when she became the nanny…’ Lena captioned the photograph.
