Lewis Birthday celebrated his 28th birthday in self-isolation on Monday, just five weeks after the tragic death of girlfriend Caroline Flack.
The former Love Island presenter was laid to rest on March 10, after she was found dead in her north-east London home on February 15 at the age of 40.
And in a low-key nod to his big day, the Lewis shared a series of heartfelt images from his friends as they reached out to him on the occasion.

Lewis’ Instagram Stories was littered with celebratory messages from his pals, who all shared fun snaps with him during fun times.
Some friends shared clips of the former tennis pro, while others displayed throwback snaps of him.
And amid a tough couple of month, it was clear to see that Lewis had the support of his friends, despite the coronavirus pandemic meaning that they couldn’t celebrate with him in person.
It comes a week after Lewis admitted that her death ‘doesn’t seem real’ as he shared an emotional post one month after her suicide.

The model took to his Instagram account earlier this month to share snapshots of the two posing together during happier times, as he wrote about his feeling of loss, after she was found dead in February.
He said: ‘It’s already been a month I love and miss you so much, I never thought that one day I will never be able to see or speak to you again… I wake up and think you’re going to be laying next to me or you’re going to call me in a minute.
‘It just doesn’t seem real. I wish I could give you a kiss and a cuddle and say everything is going to be ok. I am so grateful I met you I just want to make you proud. X’ [sic]

And Lewis remembered the good times as he posted a snap of the pair laughing together while donning shades and wide-brimmed hats during a sunny getaway.
In another image, the pair are seen looking cosy as they pose for a close-up selfie, with TV personality Caroline flashing her famous megawatt smile.
Caroline’s funeral took place on Tuesday March 10 at Greenacres at Colney, near Norwich, a ceremonial park set in a 16 acre forest.

Speaking to local newspaper The Eastern Daily Press, Chris thanked the 200 friends who had ‘travelled from across the world’ for the two hour service, which was followed by a wake in local pub, The Black Horse.
In a photo obtained by The Eastern Daily Press, a white rose could be seen resting on the order of service which had a picture of Caroline on the front.
Described as ‘an enchanting place, with 16 acres of glorious mature woodland surrounding our award-winning ceremonial buildings,’ the venue is close to where Caroline grew up.

Her mother Chris said of the service: ‘There were lots of memories, smiles but mostly tears as we all remembered Carrie and the joy she had brought to all of our lives.
‘All the family would like to say thank you so much to all Carrie’s friends who travelled from all over the world to be there that day and who appreciated why we wanted to bring her back home to Norfolk.
‘Friends included all the old pals she had either worked alongside or presented with on Fash FC, I’m A Celebrity, Xtra Factor, Love Island, friends old and new from the world of Strictly, the Bake Off and many many more.’
