Light aircraft crashes in Worcestershire field

A light aircraft has crashed into a field near Overbury in Worcestershire.

West Midlands Ambulance Service said the single-engine plane came down on Bredon Hill in Gloucestershire at around 12.45pm today.

No details about casualties were available but two ambulances and two paramedic officers were at the scene, the service said.

The plane is hanging from a tree, witnesses told the BBC.
