Lily is dating Thorsten Weck, the owner of a sports management company – and her flame bears an uncanny resemblance to her estranged husband.
Disgraced tennis champion Boris was freed from prison two months ago.
The tennis prodigy, who won Wimbledon when he was just 17 before going on to win five other Grand Slam titles, has been back on TV and red carpets following his release .
Lilly, herself worth around £4.1million, was married to Boris for almost a decade from 2009 until they separated in 2018.
But in May, Lilly said she was still married to Boris and refused to divorce him – four years after reports broke that the pair had split.
She said: ‘Estranged wife as that may be but we’re still very much married and have been since we went our separate ways.
‘It was from the beginning intense and a complete, true love story. Everyone who knows us knows this. It’s not that I don’t want to get a divorce. We should handle our business at the right time.’
When asked whether she still loves Boris, she replied: ‘Of course I do.’

The twice-married sportsman, 55, also offered a startling warning to Prince Harry : ‘Don’t forget where you come from, because you may have to go back there. And marriages don’t always last forever, last time I checked.’
Boris was jailed for two-and-a-half years last April after being found guilty of four charges under the Insolvency Act.
The first part of his sentence was served at London’s notorious HMP Wandsworth, which Becker described as ‘a s***hole’.
He was later transferred to Huntercombe Prison in Nuffield, Oxfordshire, where he was ’surrounded by murderers, drug dealers, people smugglers’.
