Jaimi tragically died in September 2020 aged 33 after an 18-year battle with addiction and anorexia.
‘We’ve been here five years now and it was Lisa’s dream to have a retreat space,’ Mark told the Sunshine Coast News.
‘We’ve kind of achieved the dream and since the tragedy in her family with the loss of Jaimi … I suppose priorities changed.’
Lisa added that she wanted to be more active and adventurous.
‘For a couple like us who have been working our whole lives, we’ve been talking about what we want to do for the rest of our life,’ she explained.

‘It includes travel, looking after ourselves and self care so that we can stay active and adventurous … being a fun Granny requires that.’
Lisa has three grandchildren – Flynn and Taj and Kit – which her daughter Morgan shares with husband Ryan Gruell.

Set among lush rainforest and rolling hills, the 25.93-hectare spread boasts a classic four-bedroom, two-bathroom Queenslander-style homestead.
The property – called ‘Mali’ – is also home to an ‘eco-friendly’ retreat, according to The Courier-Mail.
