An insider previously claimed she was ‘p*ssed off’ at Lisa Wilkinson earning four times her salary after moving to The Project.
But after rubbishing claims of a rift last month, Carrie Bickmore and her new Network 10 colleague Lisa on Thursday arrived at Melbourne airport together.
The two women were all smiles as they made their way outside the terminal, accompanied by Carrie’s longtime partner Chris Walker.

The two women flew into Melbourne after attending the AACTAs awards in Sydney on Wednesday.
Chatting animatedly, Carrie and Lisa beamed at each other as they made their way outside the airport and into separate awaiting cars.
Lisa looked glamorous in a red dress, which she paired with a matching coat thrown over her shoulders.

The photos come after reports in October that Carrie was ‘p*ssed off’ about Lisa’s rumoured $2 million salary as new host of The Project.

According to News Corp, Carrie was ‘less than impressed’ over Lisa being paid four times her rumoured $500,000 salary.
‘[She is] p*ssed off at Wilkinson being shipped in to sit alongside her,’ insiders allegedly told the publication.
But in an interview with The Daily Telegraph last month, Carrie denied there was any bad blood between the pair.
‘I am great friends with Lisa,’ she said.
‘We spoke the night it happened and have been texting back and forth. Lisa is a class act, one of the women in the industry I’ve always respected and looked up to and often sought out for counsel in a way.’
Lisa will join The Project panel in 2018, hosting the Sunday edition and several episodes during the week alongside Carrie, Waleed Aly and Peter Helliar.
