A list of the world’s best and worst places for drivers has named and shamed the cities with the worst road rage.
Mister Auto’s 2019 Driving Cities Index explored which of the world’s cities have the safest roads, and which are the most dangerous for motorists.
The retailer of spare car parts and accessories delved into the multiple factors that affect motorists on a daily basis.
From infrastructure and congestion, to driver behaviour, the extensive study takes a deeper look into cities which are successfully utilising infrastructure and legislation to improve conditions for vehicle users.

The study collected data from hundreds of cities worldwide which was whittled down to a shortlist of 100.
The final index combines a total of 15 factors to reveal the best and worst cities for car owners to drive-in across the globe.
The most dangerous roads were measured by ‘Road rage score’ and ‘Fatality rate per 100,000 inhabitants’.
Ulaanbaatar (pictured) in Mongolia had the worst problem with road rage, with a score of 99.12. It also had a death rate of 16.5 per 100,000 inhabitants
The road rage score was calculated by asking drivers of different ages if they had seen or experienced incidents of road rage.
Other factors in the study included the number of cars per capita, fuel costs, air quality and public transport.
The study found that Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia had the worst problem with road rage, with a score of 99.12. It also had a death rate of 16.5 per 100,000 inhabitants.
Out of the north American areas included in the survey, Miami (pictured) was found to be the most dangerous, with a road rage scoring of 86.69 and 17 fatalities per 100,000
Moscow weight in second, with a road rage score of 98.46.
Meanwhile Osaka in Japan was found to have the calmest drivers with a road rage score of just 1 and a fatality rate of 3.20 per 100,000.
Out of the north American areas included in the survey, Miami was found to be the most dangerous, with a road rage scoring of 86.69 and 17 fatalities per 100,000.
Canada’s Calgary was found to be the overall best place in the world to drive, taking all 15 factors into consideration including drivers sticking to the speed limit and low petrol costs.
Meanwhile, according to the study, India’s Mumbai fared the worst overall, with a total score of just 1.
