Live-streaming music firm ATC Group hoping for a £14.66m valuation as it plots London market debut


A music company that has produced live-stream concerts for Kylie is to list in London. 

Shares in ATC Group will start trading on December 21 and it hopes to raise £4.15million, giving it a valuation of £14.66million. 

As well as Kylie, the firm has also produced live-stream concerts for Niall Horan and Andrea Bocelli, and represents many stars.

Adam Driscoll, chief executive, said: ‘We have built a strong position, representing artists such as Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, The Smile, PJ Harvey, Faithless and Johnny Marr as well as organising the live performances of over 400 artists.

‘Our live-streaming business, Driift, was established in response to the Covid pandemic and has since developed a reputation as one of the leading providers of premium content in the livestreaming market.’ 

Music streaming has become big business as the pandemic forced people to stay at home for weeks at a time. 

It accounted for more than 80 per cent of music consumption in the UK last year, when people listened to 139billion streams, up from 114billion in 2019
