Social media sensation Livvy Dunne wished her pitching superstar boyfriend, Paul Skenes, a happy birthday in a post with never-before-seen photos of the pair.

Skenes, who turned 23 on Thursday, is one of the most promising prospects in the majors and may be the biggest reason for hope among fans of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Dunne, who recently ended her college gymnastics career, posted the photos with the caption, ‘Happy birthday little baby @paulskenes’ on Thursday afternoon.

Among the photos includes snaps of the pair at dinner, at Tiger Stadium for an LSU-Ole Miss football game, and on a private jet with their dog Roux.

Other photos show more intimate moments – including the pair getting dressed for a fancy event, the couple arm-in-arm outside what appears to be Citi Field (home of the New York Mets), and one of Skenes eating a banana while wearing a cowboy hat.

Dunne shared the snaps to her 5.3million Instagram followers just a few weeks after she graced the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition magazine for the first time ever.

The New Jersey native had graced the pages of the magazine twice before, but became a cover star this year after posing for SI Swimsuit in Bermuda.

However, the former LSU star said she wasn’t very comfortable during the shoot – due in part to the fact that she kept putting weight on the kneecap she fractured in March to prematurely end her college gymnastics career.

‘Fun fact: I was shooting on a fractured kneecap, so poses like this and the cover shot kinda hurt,’ Dunne said in a recap video of the shoot, as she showed herself posing on her knees. ‘But it was honestly so worth it.’

Promo videos for the magazine which were posted to Dunne’s Instagram showed the star attending fittings, grabbing dinner with her mom the night before, and then hitting the beach.

All this occurred within just 24 hours before Dunne had to immediately turn around and go back to LSU for graduate school classes.

After posing for the company in Puerto Rico (2023) and Portugal (2024), Dunne became a cover star this year, as she kneeled in the water wearing a zebra-print bikini top and green bottoms.

The issue, which is on newsstands now after being released on May 17, also featured fellow gymnast Jordan Chiles, actress Salma Hayek and model Lauren Chan as cover stars.

Dunne, 22, admitted the whole experience was a dream come true afterwards.

‘I can’t believe it. Oh my god,’ she told the magazine. ‘That photo is so good. That is crazy, I am a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model.

She also gushed over the shoot in Bermuda, adding: ‘It was the most beautiful place I have ever been. The whole experience was extraordinary.

‘I know it was quick, but every single time we go to these places, and I shoot for these 24 hours, and it’s the quickest trip, you guys feel like family, truly. I have the best time, and it’s the most fun shoot I’ve ever done.’
