Lizzo kicked off her North American tour last month on September 23 in Florida, and will conclude in sunny Los Angeles mid-November.

It comes after Kanye West dragged his ‘good friend’ Lizzo’s name into an explosive new interview where he slammed ‘bots’ and the ‘media’ for promoting the idea that being ‘overweight is the new goal’.

‘It’s a genocide of the Black race,’ he declared in a wide-ranging conversation on Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson Tonight on Thursday.

The appearance comes after the actor wore a ‘White Lives Matter’ shirt at his Yeezy show during Paris Fashion Week, which has garnered a lot backlash and criticism, including from Vogue contributing editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson.

Kanye infamously criticized Karefa-Johnson after she expressed her concerns over his ‘White Lives Matter’ apparel, posting derisive comments about the editor’s appearance that have since been deleted from his account.

‘They had the idea that Ye was bullying… a ‘body goals’ Black woman,’ he shared, in reference to Karefa-Johnson who has the distinction of being the first Black woman to style a Vogue cover.

‘Now lets talk about Gabbie [Karefa-Johnson] and my good friend Lizzo,’ the Blame Game rapper began.

‘Lizzo works with my trainer, a friend of mine,’ he said.

‘When Lizzo loses ten pounds and announces it, the bots — that’s a term for telemarketers on the internet — the bots they attack her because the media wants to put out a perception that being overweight is the new goal, when it’s actually unhealthy.’

‘Let’s get aside from the fact whether it’s fashion and Vogue, which it’s not, or if someone thinks it’s attractive, to each his own,’ he continued, adding, ‘It’s actually clinically unhealthy. And for people to promote that, it’s demonic.’

It’s at this point that Carlson jumped into the conversation to ask why he thinks they [the media] would want to promote unhealthiness on the population.

‘It’s a genocide of the Black race,’ Kanye quickly shot back. ‘They want to kill us in any way they can.’
