Long-time acne sufferer shares the at-home peel she uses to brighten her skin

An Australian woman who has suffered from severe acne since her teenage years has shared two products she used to give herself an ‘at-home peel’ experience that cleared up congestion fast.

Liz Claire, from Sydney, uses her Instagram platform @PrettyProgress23 to document her skin health journey and how she transformed her hormonal acne with a range of beauty products and Chinese medicine.

‘Are at-home peels scary? Absolutely not! Just have to find the right kit and follow the instructions,’ Liz wrote on Instagram.

The peel kit will last two to four weeks depending on how often you apply it.

Sharing side-by-side photos of her face and acne scarring after using it, Liz pointed out how much clearer her skin looked.

Her followers, many of whom suffer from acne and pigmentation themselves, were complimentary of her results.
